Trekerwys Stud
The Trekerwys Stud was established in 2005 and has since expanded considerably, producing ponies for the show ring both in-hand and under saddle and more recenctly we're producing a leased driving pony. We have also helped friends in the breaking and/or production of many other ponies and since 2007 we've been supporting the Polmesk Stud with the ridden career of the Welsh C stallion, Maenan Ronan Keating and not only did we qualify him for Horse of the Year Show but we also took 9th place at the finals!
Trekerwys has had a great deal of success with all of the ponies and is the home to four Welsh Pony and Cob Society bronze medal winning ponies; Haighmoor Harry, Hywi Red Rose, Arthen Hedd and Bondleigh Lady in Silk.
We also take pleasure in breeding and this year has seen the arrival of a beautiful Welsh C colt foal; Trekerwys Credit Crunch.
